For me, it’s been a year that I have experiencing some thyroid issues, and I decided that I want a healthy lifestyle. So, here’s my 5 ways
1 Aide: to help me to lose weight
2 I tried 3 months program at a place where I live at, my process went really well and now I stopped but once a week I go to Pilates and a personal trainer session each week.
3 I’m getting a home gym very soon and I’m getting excited!! Can’t wait to start It will have everything that I want so I can have options
4 I tried to push myself to take Joey on his daily walk, he absolutely loves it. It makes me happy for him and afterwards he takes a long nap. If the weather cooperates for us
5 I can eat whatever I want but I get full really fast because of my aide. I tried to be mindful of what I eat.
